This hotel was a luxurious stay, with exclusive amenities and impeccable service. the garden area was a serene escape from the bustling city, and the leisure room was equipped with top, of, the, line entertainment.

The only minor issue was that the special diet menus were limited. the bar/lounge area made up for it with their great selection of drinks.

I had the most wonderful stay at a charming hotel in the heart of the city. the staff at the front desk welcomed me with warmth and professionalism. They even assisted me with my luggage, making check-in easy. The room I stayed in was elegant and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a pleasant stay. The roll top bath in the bathroom was a good touch, and the high-quality bathroom products added a touch of luxury. I also appreciated the daily housekeeping service, keeping the room clean and tidy throughout my stay. The location of the hotel was perfect, allowing me to easily explore all the city has to offer. I highly recommend this hotel for its charm, comfort, and attentive staff.

Clean hotel with beautiful and romantic room decor. Conveniently located in the city center, close to the British Museum. Near tube stations and plenty of restaurants and bars. Delicious breakfast and helpful staff.

My stay at this hotel was fantastic. The location is great, close to everything and in a nice quiet part of the city. The room was comfortable, with Egyptian bed linen and nice towels. The staff were friendly and the decor was lovely. The breakfast had a good selection, including continental options and a choice of bacon or sausage rolls. The hotel also had a beautiful lounge where you can relax.

The basement room I stayed in was a bit stuffy and the air conditioning didn't work.

While the room was clean and comfortable, there was some noise from the air conditioning that could be annoying for light sleepers. this was a minor issue in an otherwise enjoyable stay at this hotel.
